Harju Maakohus (Tartu maantee kohtumaja) avaldab teadaande pankrotiseaduse (PankrS) § 21 lõike 1 ja 4 alusel.

09.03.2017 kohtumäärusega nr 2-16-17714 tühistati võlgnikule, BC-005 OÜ (registrikood: 11367293), 09.03.2017 kohtumäärusega nr 2-16-17714 kehtestatud käsutuskeeld. RESOLUTSIOON
1. Lõpetada menetlus tsiviilasjas nr 2-16-17714.
2. Menetluskulud jätta poolte endi kanda.
3. Mõista avaldaja deposiidikontole tasutud summast välja ajutise halduri tasu 1 296, eurot (13,50 tundi x 96 eurot, tasule lisandub käibemaks 20% ehk 259,20 eurot) ja pankrotimenetluse kulude hüvitis 60 (sisaldab käibemaksu) eurot, kokku 1615,20 eurot ning maksta see välja OÜ Advokaadibüroo Eipre & Partnerid arveldusarvele nr EE231010220204462227 SEB pangas.
4. Jätta menetluskulud poolte endi kanda.

31.01.2017 kohtumäärusega tsiviilasjas nr 2-16-17714 määrati kohtuistungi toimumise ajaks 21.02.2017, algusega kell 10.00 Tartu mnt kohtumaja saalis nr 3, I korrus.
