Konkurentsiamet on saanud 18.01.2021 koondumise teate, mille kohaselt BT Investeeringud 2 OÜ (registrikood: 16133938) (BaltCap Private Equity Fund III usaldusfond) kavatseb omandada valitseva mõju OÜ Baltic Ticket Holdings (registrikood: 11373603) üle KonkS § 19 lg 1 p 2 tähenduses.
Vastavalt KonkS § 27 lõikele 13 on asjast huvitatud isikutel õigus seitsme kalendripäeva jooksul esitada oma arvamus ja vastuväited nimetatud koondumise kohta Konkurentsiametile.
