Ühinemisel osalesid Hammerhead OÜ (registrikood 11592452) ja Hammerhead & Charming Investments OÜ (registrikood: 14111418), asukoht: Tallinn; LLK HH OÜ (registrikood: 14403210), asukoht: Tallinn; HammerStock OÜ (registrikood: 12837424), asukoht: Tallinn; SART GRUPP OÜ (registrikood: 11017386), asukoht: Tallinn; Hammerhead Group OÜ (registrikood: 12456751), asukoht: Tallinn. Ühinemise tulemusena kustutatakse ühendatavad ühingud Hammerhead & Charming Investments OÜ, LLK HH OÜ, HammerStock OÜ, SART GRUPP OÜ ja Hammerhead Group OÜ registrist.
Äriühingute võlausaldajatel palume esitada oma nõuded tagatise saamiseks kuue kuu jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest (ÄS § 399 lg 1). Nõuded esitada Hammerhead OÜ aadressile Vabaduse pst 174b, 10917 Tallinn.
