Raugemise tõttu pankrotiavalduse menetluse lõpetamise teade

Pärnu Maakohus (Rapla kohtumaja) avaldab teadaande pankrotiseaduse (PankrS) § 29 lõike 4 alusel.

04.05.2015 kohtumäärusega tsiviilasjas nr 2-12-12254 lõpetati võlgniku, VKI Juhtimise OÜ (registrikood: 11692099),  pankrotiavalduse menetlus pankrotti välja kuulutamata raugemise tõttu.

Võlgnik ja pankrotiavalduse esitanud võlausaldaja võivad esitada määruskaebuse 15 päeva jooksul määruse kättetoimetamisest arvates (PankrS § 29 lg 6, TsMS § 661 lg 2). Kui määruse peale esitab määruskaebuse võlausaldaja, kes ei ole esitanud pankrotiavaldust, hakkab määruskaebuse esitamise tähtaeg kulgema käesoleva teate avaldamisest (PankrS § 29 lg 7). Lõpetada VKI Juhtimise OÜ (11692099, pankrotis) pankrotimenetlus PankrS § 158 lg 4 alusel raugemise tõttu.

Tunnustatud nõuded, mille ulatuses võlausaldajad ei ole raha saanud:
1. Fond OÜ 1 952 349.46 eurot
2. AS Eesti Väärtpaberikeskus 45.25 eurot

Kinnitada VKI Juhtimise OÜ (pankrotis) pankrotimenetluse põhjendatud ja vajalikud kulud summas 6040.92 eurot.

Pankrotihaldur likvideerib juriidilise isiku kahe kuu jooksul pankrotimenetluse lõpetamise määruse jõustumisest alates ja kustutab ettevõtte Äriregistrist.

Vabastada pankrotihaldur Terje Eipre tema kohustustest VKI Juhtimise OÜ (pankrotis) pankrotihaldurina.

Määrata VKI Juhtimise OÜ (pankrotis) dokumentide hoidjaks Kaupo Kindsigo (36408162739).

Käesoleva määruse peale võib võlgnik esitada määruskaebuse 15 päeva jooksul Tallinna Ringkonnakohtule Pärnu Maakohtu Rapla kohtumaja kaudu.
