Keskkonnaamet avaldab teadaande keskkonnaseadustiku üldosa seaduse (KeÜS) § 58 lõike 3 alusel.

Keskkonnaamet teatab, et Sanitex OÜ (registrikood: 11931003) (aadress Harju maakond, Rae vald, Rae küla, Graniidi tee 1, 75310) keskkonnaluba nr L.ÕV.HA-55101 on muudetud.
Sanitex OÜ põhitegevuseks on toidukaupade, jookide ja tubakatoodete vahendamine (EMTAKi kood 46171). Tootmisterritooriumi aadress on Tuisu tn 30, Kristiine linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond (katastritunnus 78401:101:4635; registriosa nr 1959501; sihtotstarve ärimaa 100%).
Käitisel on üks heiteallikas, milleks on katlamaja korsten. Põletusseadme summaarne nimisoojusvõimsus on 1,12 MWth. Kütusena kasutatakse aastas kuni 400 tuhat m3 maagaasi.
Keskkonnamõju hinnatakse, kui taotletakse tegevusluba või selle muutmist ning tegevusloa taotlemise või muutmise põhjuseks olev kavandatav tegevus toob eeldatavalt kaasa olulise keskkonnamõju (keskkonnamõju hindamise ja keskkonnajuhtimissüsteemi (edaspidi KeHJS) seaduse § 3 lg 1 p 1). Sanitex OÜ kavandatava tegevuse puhul ei ole keskkonnamõju hindamine (edaspidi KMH) kohustuslik, kuna põletusseadme käitamine ei ole olulise keskkonnamõjuga tegevused KeHJS mõistes (KeHJS § 11 lg 3, § 6 lg 1). Sanitex OÜ taotlev tegevus kuulub KeHJS § 6 lg 2 p 3 nimetatud valdkonda, kuid ei ole Vabariigi Valitsuse 29.08.2005 määruses nr 224 „Tegevusvaldkondade, mille korral tuleb anda keskkonnamõju hindamise vajalikkuse eelhinnang, täpsustatud loetelu“ (edaspidi määrus nr 224) nimetatud tegevuste loetellu, mille korral tuleb anda keskkonnamõju hindamise vajalikkuse eelhinnang. Lähtuvalt eelnevast Keskkonnaamet keskkonnamõju hindamise vajalikkuse eelhinnangu koostamist vajalikuks ei pidanud ning keskkonnamõju hindamist ei algatanud.

Keskkonnaamet avaldab teadaande keskkonnaseadustiku üldosa seaduse (KeÜS) § 47 lõike 2 alusel.

Keskkonnaamet teatab, et Sanitex OÜ (registrikood: 11931003) (aadress Harju maakond, Rae vald, Rae küla, Graniidi tee 1, 75310) muudetud keskkonnaloa nr L.ÕV.HA-55101 ja keskkonnaloa muutmise korralduse eelnõud on valminud.
Sanitex OÜ põhitegevuseks on toidukaupade, jookide ja tubakatoodete vahendamine (EMTAKi kood 46171). Tootmisterritooriumi aadress on Tuisu tn 30, Kristiine linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond (katastritunnus 78401:101:4635; registriosa nr 1959501; sihtotstarve ärimaa 100%).

Lähim kaitstav loodusobjekt on III kategooria kaitsealuse liigi leiukoht (Lullula arborea (nõmmelõoke); registrikood KLO9117677), mis asub u 250 m kaugusel kagu suunas. Lähim Natura 2000 ala on Rahumäe loodusala (RAH0000451), mis asub tootmisterritooriumist u 830 m kaugusel.

Eelnõu(de) loa taotluse ja muude asjassepuutuvate dokumentidega on võimalik tutvuda digitaalselt.
Eelnõud on digitaalselt kättesaadavad Keskkonnaameti keskkonnaotsuste infosüsteemis KOTKAS (https://kotkas.envir.ee/).
