OtherTarbija on kauplejalt tellinud mööbli koos garderoobi valmistamise ja paigaldamisega. Tarbija ei nõustu sellega, kuidas on pliidiplaat paigaldatud muu mööbli suhtes, samuti on puidust töötasapind tarnitud ilma nõuetekohase õlitamiseta, mistõttu antud pinnale on jäänud erinevad veest/vedelikest plekid. Samuti on garderoob disainitud selliselt, et avatud ustega on raske sisule ligi pääseda. Komisjon leidis, et tarbija ei ole tõendanud, et plaat oleks paigaldatud kokkulepitust erinevasse kohta. Samuti ei ole komisjonil poolte väidete alusel võimalik tuvastada, missugustele nõudmistele pidi vastama töötasapind, missugused juhised sellega anti ja mis on plekkide põhjus ja iseloom.
