Harju Maakohus Tallinna kohtumaja avaldab teadaande pankrotiseaduse (PankrS) § 30 lõike 2 alusel.

05.09.2018 kohtumäärusega tsiviilasjas nr 2-14-17678 määrati võlgniku, Gedamo Industries OÜ (registrikood: 12140568, aadress: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tatari tn 27, 10116), pankrotimenetluse raugemise vältimiseks ning pankrotimenetluse jätkamiseks deposiidina selleks ettenähtud kontole makstava summa suuruseks 2000 eurot ja maksmise tähtajaks 12.09.2018.

Kohus ei lõpeta menetlust, kui pankrotimenetluse kulude katteks makstakse deposiidina kohtu määratud summa.

Summa tuleb tasuda Rahandusministeeriumi arvelduskontole nr EE571010220229377229 (SEB Pank), nr EE062200221059223099  (Swedbank), nr EE513300333522160001 (Danske Bank) või nr EE221700017003510302 (Nordea Bank). Kohtule tuleb samaks tähtajaks esitada pankrotimenetluse kulude ettemaksu laekumist kontrollida võimaldavad andmed (maksja nimi; käesoleva tsiviilasja number; arvelduskonto number, millelt ettemaks tasuti; ettemaksu tasumise kuupäev)
