Pärnu Maakohus (Pärnu kohtumaja) avaldab teadaande pankrotiseaduse (PankrS) § 30 lõike 2 alusel.

30.08.2017 kohtumäärusega tsiviilasjas nr 2-17-10689 määrati võlgniku, Osaühing RINGI GRUPP (registrikood: 12191554), pankrotimenetluse kulude katteks deposiidina selleks ettenähtud kontole makstava summa suuruseks 2000 eurot ja maksmise tähtajaks 14.09.2017.

Selgitusse märkida ts. asja number, makse liik ja kelle eest maksti Kohtule tuleb määruse p 1 nimetatud ajaks esitada pankrotimenetluse kulude ettemaksu laekumist kontrollida võimaldavad andmed (maksja nimi,ts. asja nr, arvelduskonto number millelt ettemaks tasuti, ettemaksu tasumise kuupäev.) Kohus ei lõpeta menetlust, kui pankrotimenetluse kulude katteks makstakse deposiidina kohtu määratud summa.

Summa tuleb tasuda Rahandusministeeriumi arvelduskontole nr EE571010220229377229 (SEB Pank), nr EE062200221059223099  (Swedbank), nr EE513300333522160001 (Danske Bank) või nr EE221700017003510302 (Nordea Bank).

Pärnu Maakohus (Pärnu kohtumaja) avaldab teadaande pankrotiseaduse (PankrS) § 17 lõike 2 ja § 21 lõike 1 alusel.

21.07.2017 kohtumäärusega tsiviilasjas nr 2-17-10689 võeti võlgniku, Osaühing RINGI GRUPP (registrikood: 12191554), pankrotiavaldus menetlusse ja määrati kohtuistung pankrotiavalduse läbivaatamiseks.

Kohtuistung toimub 30.08.2017 algusega kell 14.30 Pärnu Rüütli tn kohtumaja saalis nr 2.

Keelata võlgnikul ajutise pankrotihalduri nõusolekuta kogu vara käsutada (PankrS § 20 lg 1).
