Konkurentsiamet vastavalt KonkS § 27 lõike 1 p 1 tegi 05.12.2017 otsuse nr 5-5/2017-068, mille tulemusena omandavad UP Invest OÜ (registrikood: 12371871); OÜ Apollo Group (registrikood: 12270868) ühiselt valitseva mõju Theatrical Film Distribution OÜ (registrikood: 12394464); Apollo Cinemas OÜ (registrikood: 12383236); Apollo Kohvikud OÜ (registrikood: 12387317); JÄÄTISEKOHVIKU Osaühing (registrikood: 10781694) üle KonkS § 19 lg 1 p 3 sätestatud viisil.

Konkurentsiamet avaldab teadaande konkurentsiseaduse (KonkS) § 27 lõike 12 alusel.

Konkurentsiamet on saanud 08.11.2017 koondumise teate, mille kohaselt  UP Invest OÜ (registrikood: 12371871); OÜ Apollo Group (registrikood: 12270868)  kavatsevad omandada KonkS § 19 lg 1 p 3 tähenduses ühiselt valitseva mõju Theatrical Film Distribution OÜ (registrikood: 12394464); Apollo Cinemas OÜ (registrikood: 12383236); Apollo Kohvikud OÜ (registrikood: 12387317) ja JÄÄTISEKOHVIKU Osaühing (registrikood: 10781694) üle.

Vastavalt KonkS § 27 lõikele 13 on asjast huvitatud isikutel õigus seitsme kalendripäeva jooksul esitada oma arvamus ja vastuväited nimetatud koondumise kohta Konkurentsiametile.
