Harju Maakohus Tallinna kohtumaja avaldab teadaande pankrotiseaduse (PankrS) § 21 lõike 1 alusel.

04.09.2025 kohtumäärusega nr 2-21-2949 keelati võlgnikul, Osaühing DECK Engineering (registrikood: 12457495, aadress: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Mustamäe linnaosa, Mäealuse tn 2/1, 12618), ajutise pankrotihalduri nõusolekuta kogu vara käsutada (PankrS § 20 lg 1). Lõpetada Osaühingu DECK Engineering saneerimismenetlus ja menetleda saneerimisavaldust edasi pankrotiavaldusena. Vabastada Jüri Ploom Osaühingu DECK Engineering saneerimisnõustaja kohustustest. Nimetada Osaühingu DECK Engineering ajutiseks pankrotihalduriks vandeadvokaat Andrias Palmits (Advokaadibüroo Palmits & Partnerid, asukoht Tondi 51 11316 TALLINN, telefon 6 148 221, e-post andrias@abpp.ee). Peatada võlgniku vara suhtes toimuv sundtäitmine.
