Avaldamise lõpp: tähtajatu
Aktsiaselts teatab aktsiakapitali vähendamise otsusest. AS PROFAB HOUSES teatab, et aktsionäride erakorraline koosolek otsustas 1.12.2022.a. vähendada aktsiakapitali 471xa0100 euro võrra seniselt 673xa0000 eurolt. Aktsiakapitali uus suurus on 201xa0900 eurot. Aktsiakapitali vähendamine toimub aktsiate nimiväärtuse vähendamise teel. Iga aktsia nimiväärtust vähendatakse 7 euro võrra, seniselt 10-lt eurolt 3-le eurole.
Võlausaldajatel palume esitada oma nõuded aktsiaseltsile kahe kuu jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest (ÄS § 358 lg 2). Nõuded palume esitada e-posti teel aadressil profab@profab.ee.
