Harju Maakohus Tallinna kohtumaja avaldab teadaande pankrotiseaduse (PankrS) § 30 lõike 2 alusel.

10.05.2019 kohtumäärusega tsiviilasjas nr 2-19-4061/13 määrati võlgniku, DBVS GROUPS OÜ (likvideerimisel) (registrikood: 12664642), pankrotiavalduse menetluse raugemise vältimiseks ja pankrotimenetluse jätkamiseks deposiidina selleks ettenähtud kontole makstava summa suuruseks 3000 eurot ja maksmise tähtajaks 17.05.2019.

Kohus ei lõpeta menetlust, kui pankrotimenetluse kulude katteks makstakse deposiidina kohtu määratud summa.

Summa tuleb tasuda Rahandusministeeriumi arvelduskontole nr EE571010220229377229 (SEB Pank), nr EE062200221059223099  (Swedbank) või nr EE221700017003510302 (Luminor Bank). Maksekorraldusele märkida tsiviilasja number 2-19-4061

04.04.2019 kohtumäärusega nr 2-19-4061 keelati võlgnikul, DBVS GROUPS OÜ (registrikood: 12664642, aadress: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Estonia pst 1 // 3, 10148), ajutise pankrotihalduri nõusolekuta kogu vara käsutada (PankrS § 20 lg 1). Nimetada ajutiseks pankrotihalduriks kirjaliku nõusoleku alusel Martin Krupp.
