Keskkonnaamet avaldab teadaande keskkonnaseadustiku üldosa seaduse (KeÜS) § 47 lõike 2 alusel.

Keskkonnaamet teatab, et VPT Grupp OÜ (registrikood: 12764843) (aadress Koidu tn 33, Raadi alev, Tartu vald, Tartu maakond, 60532) poolt 28.01.2026 esitatud keskkonnaloa taotlus (registreeritud keskkonnaotsuste infosüsteemis KOTKAS dokumendi nr DM-134804-6 all) on võetud menetlusse.
Ettevõte taotleb keskkonnaluba jäätmete käitlemiseks (romusõidukite demonteerimine Tartu maakonnas Kambja vallas Tõrvandi alevikus Teeninduse tee 3 kinnistul (katastritunnus 94901:007:1316). Taotletav käitlusmaht on kuni 340 tonni aastas.

Keskkonnaloa taotlusega ja muude asjassepuutuvate dokumentidega on võimalik tutvuda Keskkonnaameti kontorites üle Eesti.
Taotlus on digitaalselt kättesaadav keskkonnaotsuste infosüsteemis https://kotkas.envir.ee/dokument/DM-134804-8

Kuni keskkonnaloa andmise või andmisest keeldumise otsuse tegemiseni on igaühel õigus esitada Keskkonnaametile põhjendatud ettepanekuid ja vastuväiteid.  Ettepanekuid ja vastuväiteid võib esitada suuliselt või kirjalikult e-posti aadressile info@keskkonnaamet.ee või postiaadressile Roheline 64, 80010 Pärnu.
