Tartu Maakohus (Tartu kohtumaja) avaldab teadaande tsiviilkohtumenetluse seadustiku (TsMS) § 317 lõike 3 alusel.

Tartu Maakohus (Tartu kohtumaja) toimetab asjast puudutatud isikule, VAPEIN OÜ (registrikood: 12845062), avalikult kätte Tartu Maakohtu registriosakonna 06.01.2026 dokumendid ja 16.01.2026 kohtumääruse asja menetlusse võtmise ning puudutatud isikule tähtaja andmise kohta tsiviilasjas nr 2-26-260.

Tartu Maakohtu registriosakond edastas Tartu Maakohtule puudutatud isiku dokumendid tsiviilkohtumenetluse seadustiku (TsMS) § 595 lg 2 p 5 ja äriseadustiku (ÄS) § 203 lg 1 p 1 alusel sundlõpetamise otsustamiseks, kuna äriühingu netovara ei vasta ÄS §-s 176 sätestatud nõuetele. Kohus leiab, et tuleb algatada menetlus puudutatud isiku sundlõpetamise ja likvideerija määramise otsustamiseks. Asjast puudutatud isik on kohustatud esitama kohtule (Tartu Maakohtu Tartu kohtumaja, Kalevi 1, 51010 Tartu või tmktartu.menetlus@kohus.ee või e-toimik https://www.etoimik.ee) tsiviilasja menetlusse võtmise määrusega ettenähtud kirjaliku vastuse 14 päeva jooksul hagiavalduse ja kohtumääruse avalikult kättetoimetamisest alates.

Dokument on Teile kättesaadav ka avalikus e-toimikus (http://www.e-toimik.ee). Sisenemiseks saab kasutada ID-kaarti või mobiil-ID-d.

Dokument loetakse avalikult kättetoimetatuks 15 päeva möödumisel käesoleva teadaande avaldamisest (TsMS § 317 lg 5).
