OtherTarbija oli seisukohal, et kaupleja esitas teenusele mittevastavaid arveid ning nõudis tasu protseduuride eest, mida tegelikult ei olnud tarvis või mida tegelikult ei osutatud. Komisjon leidis, et patsiendi ravi kohta arve koostamine ilma omanikku vajalikest protseduuridest ja teenuse hinnast eelnevalt teavitamata, samuti kliiniku dokumentatsioonis arve kajastamata jätmine ei ole kooskõlas veterinaararstilt nõutava dokumenteerimiskohustusega ja arsti kutse-eetikaga. Komisjoni hinnangul on tabija vastuväited arvele piisavalt kaalukad, et hinnata sellel arvel põhinev tasaarvestus lubamatuks. Komisjon leidis, et tarbija nõue teenustasu osalises tagastamises on põhjendatud. VÕS § 197, VÕS § 200 lg 4, VetKS § 23
