Tartu Maakohus (Jõgeva kohtumaja) avaldab teadaande pankrotiseaduse (PankrS) § 29 lõike 4 alusel.

03.01.2019 kohtumäärusega tsiviilasjas nr 2-18-16154 lõpetati võlgniku, Towelfy OÜ (registrikood: 12882620, aadress: Valga maakond, Otepää vald, Otepää linn, Mäe tn 5, 67403),  pankrotiavalduse menetlus pankrotti välja kuulutamata raugemise tõttu.

Võlgnik ja pankrotiavalduse esitanud võlausaldaja võivad esitada määruskaebuse 15 päeva jooksul määruse kättetoimetamisest arvates (PankrS § 29 lg 6, TsMS § 661 lg 2). Kui määruse peale esitab määruskaebuse võlausaldaja, kes ei ole esitanud pankrotiavaldust, hakkab määruskaebuse esitamise tähtaeg kulgema käesoleva teate avaldamisest (PankrS § 29 lg 7).

Tartu Maakohus (Jõgeva kohtumaja) avaldab teadaande pankrotiseaduse (PankrS) § 30 lõike 2 alusel.

12.12.2018 kohtumäärusega tsiviilasjas nr 2-18-16154 määrati võlgniku, Towelfy OÜ (registrikood: 12882620, aadress: Valga maakond, Otepää vald, Otepää linn, Mäe tn 5, 67403), pankrotimenetluse kulude katteks, menetluse raugemise vältimiseks deposiidina selleks ettenähtud kontole makstava summa suuruseks 2000 eurot ja maksmise tähtajaks 26.12.2018.

Kohus ei lõpeta menetlust, kui pankrotimenetluse kulude katteks makstakse deposiidina kohtu määratud summa.

Summa tuleb tasuda Rahandusministeeriumi arvelduskontole nr EE571010220229377229 (SEB Pank), nr EE062200221059223099  (Swedbank) või nr EE221700017003510302 (Nordea Bank). Deposiidi tasumise kohta teavitus ja tõend tuleb esitada koheselt Tartu Maakohtu Jõgeva kohtumajale.

Tartu Maakohus (Jõgeva kohtumaja) avaldab teadaande pankrotiseaduse (PankrS) § 17 lõike 2 ja § 21 lõike 1 alusel.

13.11.2018 kohtumäärusega tsiviilasjas nr 2-18-16154 võeti võlgniku, Towelfy OÜ (registrikood: 12882620, aadress: Valga maakond, Otepää vald, Otepää linn, Mäe tn 5, 67403), pankrotiavaldus menetlusse ja määrati kohtuistung pankrotiavalduse läbivaatamiseks.

Kohtuistung toimub 10.12.2018 algusega kell 15.00 Tartu Maakohtu Tartu kohtumaja saalis nr 344.

Keelata võlgnikul ajutise pankrotihalduri nõusolekuta kogu vara käsutada (PankrS § 20 lg 1).
