AKSO-HAUS OÜ (registrikood 11026928) avaldab teadaande äriseadustiku (ÄS) § 447 lõike 2¹ alusel.

Ühing teatab jagunemisest. Jagunemisel osalesid AKSO-HAUS OÜ (registrikood 11026928) ja Grato Holding OÜ (registrikood: 12902268), asukoht: Harjumaa, Tallinn, Pärnu mnt 10, 10148. OÜ Akso-Haus jagunes seoses kontserni restruktureerimisega eraldumise teel selliselt, et annab osa oma varast üle OÜ'le Grato Holding, mis on omandav ühing. Võlausaldajatel on alates käesoleva teate avaldamisest võimalus esitada kuue kuu jooksul oma nõuded tagatise saamiseks äriseadustiku § 447 lõikes 2.2 sätestatud tingimustel ja seejuures kirjalikus vormis avaldusega aadressil Pärnu mnt 10, Tallinn. Mõlemad osaühingud on jätkuvalt õigusvõimelised ja tegelevad ettevõtlusega.

Äriühingute võlausaldajatel palume esitada oma nõuded tagatise saamiseks kuue kuu jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest (ÄS § 447 lg 21). Nõuded palume esitada aadressil Pärnu mnt 10, Tallinn.
