Harju Maakohus (Kentmanni kohtumaja) avaldab teadaande pankrotiseaduse (PankrS) § 29 lõike 4 alusel.

06.03.2017 kohtumäärusega tsiviilasjas nr 2-16-18318 lõpetati võlgniku, MuSu Eesti OÜ (registrikood: 12950681),  pankrotiavalduse menetlus pankrotti välja kuulutamata raugemise tõttu.

Võlgnik ja pankrotiavalduse esitanud võlausaldaja võivad esitada määruskaebuse 15 päeva jooksul määruse kättetoimetamisest arvates (PankrS § 29 lg 6, TsMS § 661 lg 2). Kui määruse peale esitab määruskaebuse võlausaldaja, kes ei ole esitanud pankrotiavaldust, hakkab määruskaebuse esitamise tähtaeg kulgema käesoleva teate avaldamisest (PankrS § 29 lg 7).

Harju Maakohus (Kentmanni kohtumaja) avaldab teadaande pankrotiseaduse (PankrS) § 30 lõike 2 alusel.

31.01.2017 kohtumäärusega tsiviilasjas nr 2-16-18318 määrati võlgniku, MuSu Eesti OÜ (registrikood: 12950681), pankrotiavalduse menetluse raugemise vältimiseks pankrotimenetluse kulude katteks deposiidina selleks ettenähtud kontole makstava summa suuruseks 1000 eurot ja maksmise tähtajaks 20.02.2017.

Kohus ei lõpeta menetlust, kui pankrotimenetluse kulude katteks makstakse deposiidina kohtu määratud summa.

Summa tuleb tasuda Rahandusministeeriumi arvelduskontole nr EE571010220229377229 (SEB Pank), nr EE062200221059223099  (Swedbank), nr EE513300333522160001 (Danske Bank) või nr EE221700017003510302 (Nordea Bank). Esitada kohtule deposiidi tasumist tõendav maksekorraldus või andmed, mis võimaldavad kontrollida deposiidi laekumist Rahandusministeeriumi arvelduskontole.

Harju Maakohus (Kentmanni kohtumaja) avaldab teadaande pankrotiseaduse (PankrS) § 17 lõike 2 ja § 21 lõike 1 alusel.

19.12.2016 kohtumäärusega tsiviilasjas nr 2-16-18318 võeti võlgniku, MuSu Eesti OÜ (registrikood: 12950681), pankrotiavaldus menetlusse ja määrati kohtuistung pankrotiavalduse läbivaatamiseks.

Kohtuistung toimub 30.01.2017 algusega kell 16.00 Kentmanni kohtumaja saalis nr 218.

Keelata võlgnikul ajutise pankrotihalduri nõusolekuta kogu vara käsutada (PankrS § 20 lg 1).
