Ühing teatab ühinemisest. Ühinemisel osalesid AS Technobalt Holding (registrikood 10226805) ja Mettech Holding OÜ (registrikood: 14154586), asukoht: Läike tee 10, Peetri alevik, Rae vald, Harju maakond, 75301; Techprofiil OÜ (registrikood: 14136157), asukoht: Läike tee 10, Peetri alevik, Rae vald, Harju maakond, 75301. Äriühingud Mettech Holding OÜ ja Techprofiil OÜ loetakse lõppenuks alates 25.01.2018, mil jõustus AS Technobalt Holding kui ühendava ühingu ning Mettech Holding OÜ ja Techprofiil OÜ kui ühendatavate ühingute ühinemine.

Äriühingute võlausaldajatel palume esitada oma nõuded tagatise saamiseks kuue kuu jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest (ÄS § 399 lg 1). Võlausaldaja peab nõuete esitamisel põhistama, et ühinemine võib ohustada tema nõuete täitmist. Nõuded esitada AS Technobalt Holding aadressil Läike tee 10, Peetri alevik, Rae vald, Harju maakond, 75301 või digitaalselt allkirjastatult e-posti aadressil holding@technobalt.ee.

Ühinemise tulemusel ühendab AS Technobalt Holding kui ühendav ühing endaga Mettech Holding OÜ ja Techprofiil OÜ kui ühendatavad ühingud ning ühendatavad ühingud lõppevad.

Ühinemislepingu ja teiste dokumentidega on võimalik tutvuda ja saada nende ärakirju Tartu Maakohtu registriosakonnas ja ühendava ühingu asukohas aadressil Läike tee 10, Peetri alevik, Rae vald, Harju maakond, 75301.
