SNCO OÜ is a company that was first registered in the Business Register on November 22, 2017. The primary objective of SNCO OÜ is to brew craft beer with milder flavors and medium strength. The company targets consumers who are in search of the authentic taste and stability of beer, desiring more flavor experiences than what is offered by mass production from large manufacturers. In terms of product development, SNCO OÜ remains as type-specific as possible, setting aside the experimentation with flavors and excessive gourmet. The selection includes both top-fermented and bottom-fermented beer, with the main raw material being malt produced in Belgium. The malt producer in Belgium is the oldest in the country and one of the oldest in the world, which also signifies their high-quality raw materials. SNCO Brewery is a small hobby brewery where beer is brewed as a side activity. Considering the significant number of breweries in Estonia and the intensification of our main jobs, we continue with the primary objective of sales, the revenue from which covers the monthly fixed costs. The second objective for 2022 was recovery after COVID-19, focusing more on sales in the beer hall and at customary outdoor events, leaving the expansion into retail chains in the background. Despite the very slow and difficult recovery after the virus and the decrease in sales in retail chains, the objectives were met and the year ended with a profit. Revenues, expenses, and profit The sales revenue for the reporting year amounted to 26,283 euros (2021: 27,532 euros). Direct and operating expenses totaled 19,863 euros (2021: 22,190 euros). The net profit for 2022 was 6,814 euros. There were no employees in the company during the reporting year. The board of SNCO OÜ consists of three members, for whom no board member fees have been calculated or paid.
