OtherTarbija soovis 14-päeva jooksul taganeda e-kauplusest hansapost.ee tellitud trenažööri müügilepingust. Kaupleja nõudis 15% toote hinnast hüvitist kauba väärtuse vähenemise eest, kuna tootel olid monteerimisjäljed. Komisjoni hinnangul ei ole tarbija kasutanud toodet muul viisil kui seadmega tutvumiseks mõistlikult vajalik ning ei vastuta toote väärtuse vähenemise eest. OtherTarbija tellis e-kauplusest hansapost.ee jalgratta. Kaupleja lükkas tarnetähtaega korduvalt edasi ning teatas siis, et tellimust ei ole võimalik täita ja pakkus asenduseks teistsugust toodet. Tarbijale asendustoode ei sobinud ning ta ostis toote teiselt ettevõtjalt kallima hinnaga ja esitas kauplejale nõude hinnavahe hüvitamiseks. kaupleja hüvitamisega ei nõustunud, kuna tellimistingimuste kohaselt on kauplejal õigus lepingust taganeda. Komisjoni otsuse kohaselt rikkus kaupleja kohustsut teavitada tarbijat esimesel võimalusel kaba üleandmise võimatusest ning tarbijal on õigus nõuda kahju (antud juhul hinnavahe) hüvitamist.

OtherTarbija ostetud murutraktoril ilmnes puudus, kaupleja saatis kauba hooldustöökotta, kus tuvastati, et murutraktorit on käivitatud õli lisamata. OtherTarbija tellis Kaupleja postimüügikataloogist jalgratta. Kauba kättesaamisel selgus, et puudub eestikeelne kasutusjuhend ning toode ei vasta kirjeldusele, kuna puudub LCD ekraan, millelt saaks vaadata kataloogis lubatud andmeid. Kaupleja saatis Tarbijale eestikeelse kasutusjuhendi ning nõustus puuduse tõttu jalgratta tagasi võtma, sellega Tarbija ei nõustunud ning soovis lubatud seadme üleandmist. Komisjoni hinnangul on Kauplejal kohustus Tarbijale üle anda puuduolev seade ning üleandmise võimatusel hüvitada Tarbijale seadme hind.
