Harju Maakohus Tallinna kohtumaja avaldab teadaande pankrotiseaduse (PankrS) § 17 lõike 2 ja § 21 lõike 1 alusel.

05.09.2024 kohtumäärusega tsiviilasjas nr 2-24-10656/28 võeti võlausaldaja avaldus võlgniku , Layer 2 Brokers OÜ (registrikood: 14467763) ,  pankroti väljakuulutamiseks menetlusse.

19.11.2024 kohtumäärusega tsiviilasjas nr 2-24-10656/28 määrati kohtuistungi toimumise ajaks 14.01.2025, algusega kell 11:00 Harju Maakohtu saalis nr /virtuaalruumis 3006.

Keelata võlgnikul ajutise pankrotihalduri nõusolekuta kogu vara käsutada (PankrS § 20 lg 1). Nimetada Layer 2 Brokers OÜ (registrikood 14467763) ajutiseks pankrotihalduriksvandeadvokaat Martin Pärn (Advokaadibüroo Naur&Pärn OÜ, Juhkentali 52, 10113 Tallinn, e-post martin@in.ee).
