Danpower Eesti AS (registrikood 10351812) avaldab teadaande äriseadustiku (ÄS) § 399 lõike 1 alusel.

Ühing teatab ühinemisest. Ühinemisel osalesid Danpower Eesti AS (registrikood 10351812) ja Praavitus OÜ (registrikood: 14490676), asukoht: Võru maakond, Võru linn, Vilja tn 14, 65605; Vigoris Kaubandus OÜ (registrikood: 12488679), asukoht: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, F. R. Kreutzwaldi tn 3-27, 10120. Ühinemise tulemusena kustutati Praavitus OÜ ning Vigoris Kaubandus OÜ (ühendatavad ühingud) äriregistrist ning Danpower Eesti AS (ühendav ühing) saab ühendatavate ühingute õigusjärglaseks. Ühinemisel jätkab ühendav ühing tegevust senise ärinime Danpower Eesti AS all.

Äriühingute võlausaldajatel palume esitada oma nõuded tagatise saamiseks kuue kuu jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest (ÄS § 399 lg 1). Nõuded palume esitada posti teel Danpower Eesti AS asukoha aadressile Võru maakond, Võru linn, Vilja tn 14, 65606 või e-posti aadressile info@danpower.ee.
