Kohtu registriosakonna määruse kättetoimetamise teade

Tartu Maakohtu registriosakond avaldab teadaande tsiviilkohtumenetluse seadustiku (TsMS) § 317 lõike 3 alusel.

Kohus toimetab isikule, E MORELINK OÜ (registrikood: 14660680), avalikult kätte 25.11.2019 määruse nr Ä 50112854 / 2 väljavõtte:

Tartu Maakohtu registriosakonna 25.11.2019.a määrusega Ä 50112854 / 2 otsustati teha E MORELINK OÜ (registrikood 14660680) kohta äriregistri registrikaardile registripidaja algatusel ilma kandeavalduseta äriseadustiku § 61 lg 2 alusel alljärgnev muutmiskanne: kustutada kontaktisiku Baltic Business Services OÜ (registrikood 12085251) andmed E MORELINK OÜ registrikaardilt.

Kande tegemise avalduse puudumine ei vabasta avalduse esitama pidanud ettevõtjat kohustusest tasuda kande tegemiseks ettenähtud riigilõiv 18.00 eurot.

Tartu Maakohtu registriosakonna 25.11.2019.a määruse Ä 50112854 / 2 peale võib esitada määruskaebuse 15 päeva jooksul alates määruse kättetoimetamisest.

Vastavalt riigilõivuseaduse § 59 lõikele 14 tasutakse määruskaebuse esitamisel riigilõivu 50 eurot. Lõiv tuleb tasuda Rahandusministeeriumi arveldusarvele Swedbank a/a EE062200221059223099, AS SEB Pank a/a EE571010220229377229, Luminor Bank AS a/a EE221700017003510302, LHV Pank a/a EE567700771003819792. Maksekorraldusel tuleb kindlasti märkida viitenumber 11170019309035.

Dokument loetakse avalikult kättetoimetatuks 15 päeva möödumisel väljavõtte väljaandes Ametlikud Teadaanded ilmumise päevast.
