23.04.2024 kohtumäärusega tsiviilasjas nr 2-23-16271 lõpetati võlgniku, Visioncraft OÜ (registrikood: 14723848),  pankrotiavalduse menetlus pankrotti välja kuulutamata raugemise tõttu.

Võlgnik ja pankrotiavalduse esitanud võlausaldaja võivad esitada määruskaebuse 15 päeva jooksul määruse kättetoimetamisest arvates (PankrS § 29 lg 6, TsMS § 661 lg 2). Kui määruse peale esitab määruskaebuse võlausaldaja, kes ei ole esitanud pankrotiavaldust, hakkab määruskaebuse esitamise tähtaeg kulgema käesoleva teate avaldamisest (PankrS § 29 lg 7).

Harju Maakohus Tallinna kohtumaja avaldab teadaande pankrotiseaduse (PankrS) § 30 lõike 2 alusel.

12.02.2024 kohtumäärusega tsiviilasjas nr 2-23-16271 määrati võlgniku, Visioncraft OÜ (registrikood: 14723848), pankrotimenetluse raugemise vältimiseks ja pankrotimenetluse jätkamiseks deposiidina selleks ettenähtud kontole makstava summa suuruseks 3000 eurot ja maksmise tähtajaks 20.02.2024.

Kohus teeb ettepaneku võlausaldajatele, võlgnikule või kolmandatele isikutele kas üksi või eelmainitutega koos tasuda kohtu deposiiti Visioncraft osaühingu (registrikood 14723848) pankrotimenetluse jätkamiseks 3000 eurot hiljemalt 7 kalendripäeva jooksul alates määruse kättetoimetamisest. Kohus ei lõpeta menetlust, kui pankrotimenetluse kulude katteks makstakse deposiidina kohtu määratud summa.

Summa tuleb tasuda Rahandusministeeriumi arvelduskontole nr EE571010220229377229 (SEB Pank), nr EE062200221059223099  (Swedbank) või nr EE221700017003510302 (Luminor Bank). Kohtule esitada samaks tähtajaks maksekorraldus või makse laekumist kontrollida võimaldavad andmed (maksja nimi; käesoleva tsiviilasja number; arvelduskonto number, millelt ettemaks tasuti; ettemaksu tasumise kuupäev).Võlausaldajatel ja kolmandatel isikutel on võimalik saada täiendavat informatsiooni eelnimetatud deposiidi maksmise aluseks olevate asjaolude kohta

04.12.2023 kohtumäärusega nr 2-23-16271 keelati võlgnikul, Visioncraft OÜ (registrikood: 14723848, aadress: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Maakri tn 19/1, 10145), ajutise pankrotihalduri nõusolekuta kogu vara käsutada (PankrS § 20 lg 1). Võtta menetlusse Visioncraft osaühingu (registrikood 14723848) avaldus pankroti väljakuulutamiseks, asja arutamine toimub Harju Maakohtu Tallinna kohtumajas.
Nimetada Visioncraft osaühingu (registrikood 14723848) ajutiseks pankrotihalduriks kirjaliku nõusoleku alusel Oliver Ennok (Pankrotihalduribüroo Ennok osaühing, aadress Estonia pst 1, Tallinn 10143, e-post oliver.ennok@haldur.just.ee).
Peatada võlgniku vara suhtes toimuv sundtäitmine.
