Keskkonnaamet avaldab teadaande keskkonnaseadustiku üldosa seaduse (KeÜS) § 47 lõike 2 alusel.

Keskkonnaamet teatab, et OÜ Hundipea (registrikood: 14862069) (aadress Paljassaare tee 28d, Põhja-Tallinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10313) keskkonnaloa nr L.ÕV.HA-149556 muutmise taotlus on menetlusse võetud.

Ettevõte soovib viia keskkonnaloa kooskõlla muutunud seadusandlusega. Samuti on ettevõte kasutusele võtnud uued laohooned ja laoplatsid, mida varasem luba ei kajasta.

Keskkonnaloa taotlusega ja muude asjassepuutuvate dokumentidega on võimalik tutvuda eelneval kokkuleppel Keskkonnaameti kontorites üle Eesti.
Taotlus on digitaalselt kättesaadav keskkonnaotsuste infosüsteemis https://kotkas.envir.ee/dokument/DM-133209-3

Kuni keskkonnaloa andmise või andmisest keeldumise otsuse tegemiseni on igaühel õigus esitada Keskkonnaametile põhjendatud ettepanekuid ja vastuväiteid.  Ettepanekuid ja vastuväiteid võib esitada suuliselt või kirjalikult e-posti aadressile info@keskkonnaamet.ee või postiaadressile Roheline 64, 80010 Pärnu.
