Konkurentsiamet avaldab teadaande konkurentsiseaduse (KonkS) § 27 lõike 12 alusel.

Konkurentsiamet on saanud 30.06.2020 koondumise teate, mille kohaselt  ECRE4 SPV1 OÜ (registrikood: 14930926)  (East Capital Real Estate Fund IV) kavatseb omandada valitseva mõju Gene Investments OÜ (registrikood: 11452219) ettevõtja osa (kinnistu aadressil Tornimäe 2, Tallinn, registriosa nr 159401, katastritunnus 78401:104:0160) üle KonkS § 19 lg 1 p 2 tähenduses.

Vastavalt KonkS § 27 lõikele 13 on asjast huvitatud isikutel õigus seitsme kalendripäeva jooksul esitada oma arvamus ja vastuväited nimetatud koondumise kohta Konkurentsiametile.
