Harku Vallavalitsus sundvalduse seadjana teatab, et on alustanud Metsavahi tee 25a (19801:001:4485) kinnisasjale sundvalduse seadmise menetlusega.
Sundvalduse seadmine on vajalik Harku vallas sidepaigaldise ehitamiseks vastavalt Stromtec OÜ poolt koostatud ehitusprojektile „Passiivne elektrooniline side juurdepääsuvõrk Vääna-Jõesuu, Harku vald, Harju maakond“, töö nr VT1697. Koormatava ala pindala on ca 86 m2, vastavalt skeemile (lisa 1).
Kinnisasja omanikul, Domkora OÜ (registrikood: 16157005), on õigus nelja nädala jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest arvates esitada sundvalduse seadjale oma arvamus (KAHOS § 39 lg 4).
