Kohila Vallavalitsus sundvalduse seadjana teatab, et on alustanud Corle OÜ Rapla maakonnas, Kohila vallas, Aespa alevikus, Niidu tänava (31705:010:0002) kinnisasjale sundvalduse seadmise menetlusega.

Sundvalduse seadmise eesmärgiks on passiivse elektroonilise side juurdepääsuvõrgu (kiire internet) rajamine, mis annab liidetavatele hoonetele võimaluse liituda operaatorineutraalse sidevõrguga. Tehnovõrgu rajamiseks on koostatud projekt „AESPA (V7) Passiivse elektroonilise side juurdepääsuvõrgu rajamine“ töö nr MKM3_AESPA II.
Antud projektlahendus on majanduslikult ja tehniliselt kõige otstarbekam variant. Teist alternatiivset lahendust läheduses ei ole ning alternatiivset tehnovõrku ei ole võimalik ehitada nii, et teiste kinnisasjade omanikud ei satuks samaväärsesse või halvemasse olukorda. Uus tehnovõrk parandab oluliselt võrguteenuse kvaliteeti.
Tehnovõrkude rajamise eelduseks on maakasutusõiguse olemasolu kas omandi või piiratud asjaõiguse näol. Käesoleva sundvalduse ruumiala (15m2) on nähtav piiratud asjaõiguste ruumiandmete infosüsteemis PARI (tunnus 304913).
Sundvaldus on otstarbekas seada tähtaega määramata, kuna rajatiste kasutusiga pideva sihipärase hooldamise ja majandamise korral on pikaajaline. Juhul, kui tulevikus osutub vajalikuks rajatise lammutamine või eemaldamine kõnealuselt maa-alalt, on võimalik kokkuleppel või maa omaniku nõudel sundvaldus kustutada. Kinnisasja omanikul, Mittetulundusühing Nikifoor , on õigus nelja nädala jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest arvates esitada sundvalduse seadjale oma arvamus (KAHOS § 39 lg 4).
