Tartu Maakohtu registriosakond avaldab teadaande tsiviilkohtumenetluse seadustiku (TsMS) § 317 lõike 3 alusel.

Kohus toimetab isikule, Järva vald, Imavere küla, Tuljaku tee 1 korteriühistu (registrikood: 80254430), avalikult kätte 01.08.2024 määruse nr Ü 30033995 / 18 väljavõtte:

Avaldada väljaandes Ametlikud Teadaanded järgmise sisuga avalikult kättetoimetatava määruse Ü 30033995 / 18 väljavõte:
Tartu Maakohtu registriosakonnas 01.08.2024 Järva vald, Imavere küla, Tuljaku tee 1 korteriühistule (registrikood 80254430)
tehtud eitava kandemäärusega Ü 30033995 / 18 jäeti 14.06.2024 esitatud kandeavaldus uue juhatuse liikme Jüri Lemetsar`i kande osas rahuldamata.

Kandemäärusega on võimalik tutvuda e-äriregistri portaali https://ariregister.rik.ee/ kaudu või notari juures (https://www.notar.ee/et/notarid/nimekiri).

Määruse peale võib esitada määruskaebuse Tartu Ringkonnakohtule Tartu Maakohtu registriosakonna kaudu 15 päeva jooksul alates määruse kättetoimetamisest. Riigilõivuseaduse § 59 lõike 14 kohaselt tasutakse määruskaebuse esitamisel riigilõivu 70 eurot. Lõiv tuleb tasuda Rahandusministeeriumi arveldusarvele Swedbank AS EE062200221059223099, AS SEB Pank EE571010220229377229, Luminor Bank AS EE221700017003510302, AS LHV Pank EE567700771003819792. Maksekorraldusel tuleb märkida viitenumber 11170037505277.

Dokument loetakse avalikult kättetoimetatuks 15 päeva möödumisel väljavõtte väljaandes Ametlikud Teadaanded ilmumise päevast.
