Tartu Maakohtu registriosakond avaldab teadaande tsiviilkohtumenetluse seadustiku (TsMS) § 317 lõike 3 alusel.

Kohus toimetab isikule, Mittetulundusühing Atlas Atlas (registrikood: 80273605), avalikult kätte 05.02.2026 määruse nr M 10121401 / 9 väljavõtte:

Avaldada väljaandes Ametlikud Teadaanded järgmise sisuga avalikult Tartu Maakohtu registriosakonna kättetoimetatava määruse M 10121401 / 9 väljavõte:
Teha Mittetulundusühing Atlas Atlas (registrikood 80273605) kohta mittetulundusühingute ja sihtasutuste registri registrikaardile registripidaja algatusel ilma kandeavalduseta alljärgnev muutmiskanne ja kustutada: Tegutsemise tähtaeg on 18.09.2013.
Määruse peale võib esitada määruskaebuse Tartu Ringkonnakohtule Tartu Maakohtu registriosakonna kaudu 15 päeva jooksul alates määruse kättetoimetamisest. Riigilõivuseaduse § 59 lõike 14 kohaselt tasutakse määruskaebuse esitamisel riigilõivu 70 eurot. Lõiv tuleb tasuda Rahandusministeeriumi arveldusarvele Swedbank AS EE062200221059223099, AS SEB Pank EE571010220229377229, Luminor Bank AS EE221700017003510302, AS LHV Pank EE567700771003819792, Coop Pank AS EE604204278601694436. Maksekorraldusel tuleb märkida viitenumber 11170043671988.
Dokument loetakse avalikult kättetoimetatuks 15 päeva möödumisel väljavõtte väljaandes Ametlikud Teadaanded ilmumise päevast.
