Kohus toimetab isikule, Märjamaa vald, Märjamaa alev, Tehase tn 3 korteriühistu (registrikood: 80315404), avalikult kätte 26.07.2018 määruse nr Ü 30044365 / 9 väljavõtte:

Tartu Maakohtu registriosakonna 26.07.2018 kandemäärusega Ü 30044365 / 9 jäeti Märjamaa vald, Märjamaa alev, Tehase tn 3 korteriühistu (registrikood 80315404) 23.06.2018 esitatud kandeavaldus rahuldamata.

Kandemääruse Ü 30044365 / 9 peale võib esitada määruskaebuse 15 päeva jooksul alates määruse kättetoimetamisest.
