Kohtu registriosakonna määruse kättetoimetamise teade

Tartu Maakohtu registriosakond avaldab teadaande tsiviilkohtumenetluse seadustiku (TsMS) § 317 lõike 3 alusel.

Kohus toimetab isikule, IEL European Office Mittetulundusühing (registrikood: 80553010), avalikult kätte 04.03.2026 määruse nr M 50099279 / 8 väljavõtte:

Avaldada väljaandes Ametlikud Teadaanded järgmise sisuga avalikult kättetoimetatava määruse M 50099279 / 8 väljavõte:
Kustutada IEL European Office Mittetulundusühing (registrikood 80553010) registrikaardilt registripidaja algatusel ilma kandeavalduseta järgmine kanne:
- Tegutsemise tähtaeg on 25.07.2020.

IEL European Office Mittetulundusühing registrikaardile on kantud:
- Tegutsemise tähtaeg on 25.07.2020.

Ühingu põhikirjas tegutsemise tähtaega märgitud ei ole.

04.02.2026. a kirjaga M 50099279 / H1 on mittetulundusühingut ebaõigest kandest teavitatud ja hoiatatud, et kui kahe nädala jooksul teatamisest ei ole kande tegemisele või parandamisele vastu vaieldud, teeb või parandab registripidaja kande ise. Kande kustutamisele tähtaegselt vastuväidet ei esitatud.

Määruse peale võib esitada määruskaebuse Tartu Ringkonnakohtule Tartu Maakohtu registriosakonna kaudu 15 päeva jooksul alates määruse kättetoimetamisest. Riigilõivuseaduse § 59 lõike 14 kohaselt tasutakse määruskaebuse esitamisel riigilõivu 70 eurot. Lõiv tuleb tasuda Rahandusministeeriumi arveldusarvele Swedbank AS EE062200221059223099, AS SEB Pank EE571010220229377229, Luminor Bank AS EE221700017003510302, AS LHV Pank EE567700771003819792, Coop Pank AS EE604204278601694436. Maksekorraldusel tuleb märkida viitenumber 11170043954456.

Dokument loetakse avalikult kättetoimetatuks 15 päeva möödumisel väljavõtte väljaandes Ametlikud Teadaanded ilmumise päevast.
