Tartu Maakohtu registriosakond avaldab teadaande tsiviilkohtumenetluse seadustiku (TsMS) § 317 lõike 3 alusel.
Kohus toimetab isikule, MTÜ Näpotüü Kotus (registrikood: 80617217), avalikult kätte 16.10.2022 määruse nr M 50212085 / 2 väljavõtte:
Kohus toimetab isikule, MTÜ Näpotüü Kotus (registrikood: 80617217), avalikult kätte 16.10.2022 määruse nr M 50212085 / 2 väljavõtte:
Tartu Maakohtu registriosakonna 16.10.2022.a määrusega M 50212085 / 2 jäeti MTÜ Näpotüü Kotus (registrikood 80617217) 25.09.2022.a kandeavaldus rahuldamata MTÜ Näpotüü Kotus tegutsemise tähtaja registrikaardile kandmise osas.
16.10.2022.a määruse M 50212085 / 2 peale võib esitada määruskaebuse Tartu Ringkonnakohtule Tartu Maakohtu registriosakonna kaudu 15 päeva jooksul alates määruse kättetoimetamisest.
Riigilõivuseaduse § 59 lõike 14 kohaselt tasutakse määruskaebuse esitamisel riigilõivu 70 eurot. Lõiv tuleb tasuda Rahandusministeeriumi arveldusarvele Swedbank AS EE062200221059223099, AS SEB Pank EE571010220229377229, Luminor Bank AS EE221700017003510302, AS LHV Pank EE567700771003819792. Maksekorraldusel tuleb märkida viitenumber 11170027023002.
Dokument loetakse avalikult kättetoimetatuks 15 päeva möödumisel väljavõtte väljaandes Ametlikud Teadaanded ilmumise päevast.
