Masarataun OÜ provided software-development and data-engineering services to foreign customers and conducted limited in-house product development. The company had no employees; work was performed by the sole board member and contractual specialists.

Important events during the period

Service contracts were commenced and completed with international clients.

A one-off investment was made in digital assets; these were measured at fair value on 31 December 2024 in accordance with Estonian accounting rules.

Risks

The main risk is market volatility affecting the fair value of digital-asset investments. Credit and liquidity risks were immaterial during the reporting period.

Related-party transactions

The shareholder rendered professional services and provided short-term financing on market terms. No remuneration or dividends were paid to management.
