1. Download MINI from your phone’s app store.
2. Sign in and follow the app’s instructions to enable caller identification.
3. Use caller information and look up the business contacts you need.

## Questions and answers

### Does MINI work the same way on iPhone and Android?

MINI is available on both. Some features are more limited on iPhone because Apple’s operating system restricts how caller identification can work.

### Which callers can MINI identify?

MINI identifies numbers in its database associated with entrepreneurs and officials at public-sector organisations. The database covers 1 million phone numbers; this does not mean it identifies every private individual’s number.

### Are my contacts or conversations shared with Storybook?

No. Your phone’s contacts and the content of your calls are not sent to Storybook. Storybook cannot access what is said during your calls.

### What information does MINI show about a caller?

Available details such as their name, role and business background. What you see depends on data availability and your phone’s capabilities.

### Can I try the app before subscribing?

Yes. You can try the app free for 14 days.

### How long is the subscription, and how do I pay?

A paid subscription runs for 12 months. Pay for the year upfront or in monthly instalments. Paying monthly does not make it a month-to-month subscription. With annual billing, you get 12 months for the price of 10.

## Plans and status

14-day free trial. Each app: €4.90 per user per month or €49 paid annually, excluding VAT. The three-app bundle: €11.90 monthly or €119 annually, excluding VAT. Both billing options have a 12-month subscription term. The site currently offers plan enquiries, not checkout.

Terms of Service are drafts, not yet in effect. The support form is a preview and does not send enquiries.
