### Which browsers does WEB support?

Storybook WEB is available as an extension for Chrome, Safari and Firefox.

### Can WEB recognise companies mentioned on a page?

Yes. WEB recognises company names in page text and brings their background information into the same view. It works across websites where a name or number can be matched to Storybook’s data.

### How do I find the company behind a phone number?

Enable the phone number finder in the extension. It detects numbers on web pages and shows the companies associated with them.

### Why is a company not identified on some websites?

A website may belong to an international company or be registered to a private individual. In those cases, the link between the website and the company may not be identifiable.

### Can I try the app before subscribing?

Yes. You can try the app free for 14 days.

### How long is the subscription, and how do I pay?

A paid subscription runs for 12 months. Pay for the year upfront or in monthly instalments. Paying monthly does not make it a month-to-month subscription. With annual billing, you get 12 months for the price of 10.

## Plans and status

14-day free trial. Each app: €4.90 per user per month or €49 paid annually, excluding VAT. The three-app bundle: €11.90 monthly or €119 annually, excluding VAT. Both billing options have a 12-month subscription term. The site currently offers plan enquiries, not checkout.

Terms of Service are drafts, not yet in effect. The support form is a preview and does not send enquiries.
