Keskkonnaamet avaldab teadaande keskkonnamõju hindamise ja keskkonnajuhtimissüsteemi seaduse (KeHJS) § 12 lõike 1¹ punkti 2 alusel.
Keskkonnaamet otsustajana teatab, et on jätnud algatamata 29.11.2024 metsakaitseekspertiisiga Posti kinnistul (registriosa nr 2349404, katastritunnus 38301:002:0029) lubatud sanitaarraiete keskkonnamõju hindamise (KMH).
Metsakaitseekspertiisiga lubatud sanitaarraiete eesmärgiks on metsa sanitaarse seisundi parandamine ja puidukasutus. Sanitaarraied jäävad Raja-Kärevere hoiualale ja ühtlasi Natura 2000 võrgustikku kuuluvatele Kärevere linnu- ja loodusalale.
KMH jäeti algatamata - Metsakaitseekspertiisiga lubatud sanitaarraietel ei ole olulist mõju välisõhu kvaliteedile, maavaradele (maardlad), pinnasele, põhja- ja pinnaveele, kaitstavatele loodusobjektidele ega kultuuripärandile ning tegevus ei kahjusta inimeste tervist, heaolu ega vara. Mõjud Natura 2000 võrgustiku aladele on välistatud, rakendades projekti osana Looduskaitseseaduse § 55 lg-st 6 tulenevaid tööde tegemisel kohustuseks võetud meetmeid. Keskkonnamõju hindamise algatamine ei ole vajalik, sest:
1. On välistatud, et metsakaitseekspertiisiga lubatud tegevused avaldavad ebasoodsat mõju Kärevere linnuala ja Kärevere loodusala, mis kuuluvad Natura 2000 alade võrgustikku, kaitse-eesmärkidele ja alade terviklikkusele.
2. Metsakaitseekspertiisiga lubatud tegevustega ei kaasne olulist keskkonnamõju veele ega välisõhule, samuti ei ületata piirmäärasid müra ja õhu saastatuse osas, vibratsioon eeldatavalt puudub. Tegevustega ei kaasne koosmõju teiste tegevustega.
3. Metsakaitseekspertiisiga lubatud tegevustega ei kaasne mõju inimeste tervisele, heaolule ja varale, samuti avariiolukordi või suurõnnetusi.
4. Tööde tegemisel keskkonnakaitsenõuetele vastavalt on avariiolukordade esinemine vähetõenäoline.

KMH algatamata jätmise otsusega on võimalik tutvuda - otsus on lisatud käesolevale teatele.

2. Metsakaitseekspertiisiga lubatud tegevustega ei kaasne olulist keskkonnamõju veele ega välisõhule, samuti ei ületata piirmäärasid müra ja õhu saastatuse osas, vibratsioon eeldatavalt puudub. Tegevustega ei kaasne koosmõju teiste tegevustega.
3. Metsakaitseekspertiisiga lubatud tegevustega ei kaasne mõju inimeste tervisele, heaolule ja varale, samuti avariiolukordi või suurõnnetusi.
4. Tööde tegemisel keskkonnakaitsenõuetele vastavalt on avariiolukordade esinemine vähetõenäoline.
