Kohtu maksekäsuosakonna määruse kättetoimetamise teade

Pärnu Maakohtu maksekäsuosakond avaldab teadaande tsiviilkohtumenetluse seadustiku (TsMS) § 317 lõike 3 alusel.

Kohus toimetab võlgnikule, EV GRUPP OÜ (registrikood: 14935059), avalikult kätte 12.04.2021 kohtumääruse (maksekäsk) tsiviilasjas nr 2-21-102494. Maksekäsk loetakse avalikult kättetoimetatuks 15 päeva möödumisel käesoleva teate ilmumise päevast (TsMS § 317 lg 5).

Kohustada võlgnikku EV GRUPP OÜ (registrikood: 14935059) tasuma avaldajale Expertline OÜ (registrikood: 11095481) põhinõudeid summas 868,32 eurot ja kõrvalnõudeid summas 16,69 eurot ning hüvitama riigilõivu 45,00 eurot ja avaldaja menetluskulu 20,00 eurot.

Maksekäsk kuulub viivitamata täitmisele, sõltumata selle kättetoimetamisest võlgnikule (TsMS § 489 lg 7).

Võlgnik võib esitada maksekäsule määruskaebuse 15 päeva (välisriigis kättetoimetamise korral 30 päeva) jooksul alates maksekäsu kättesaamisest. Kui maksekäsk toimetatakse kätte avalikult, võib määruskaebuse esitada 30 päeva jooksul alates päevast, kui võlgnik sai maksekäsust või selle täitmiseks algatatud täitemenetlusest teada (TsMS § 4891 lg 1). Määruskaebus tuleb esitada Tallinna Ringkonnakohtule Pärnu Maakohtu kaudu. Võlgniku määruskaebus võib tugineda TsMS § 4891 lõikes 2 märgitud asjaoludele.
 
Maksekäsu saab kätte Pärnu Maakohtu maksekäsuosakonnast asukohaga Haapsalu kohtumaja (Sadama 21, III korrus, Haapsalu). Dokument on kättesaadav ka avalikus e-toimikus (http://www.e-toimik.ee). Avalikku e-toimikusse sisenemiseks saab kasutada ID-kaarti või mobiil-ID.

Keskkonnaamet teatab, et Expertline OÜ (registrikood: 11095481) (aadress : Ida-Viru maakond, Alutaguse vald, Iisaku alevik, Metsa tn 18-5, 41101) esitas Keskkonnaameti Põhja regioonile (edaspidi Keskkonnaamet) Reelika Setškova (isikukood 47802272226; aadress: Aia tee 8, Remniku küla, Alutaguse vald, Ida-Virumaa 41004; edaspidi taotleja) nimelt vee erikasutusloa taotluse Ida- Virumaal, lutaguse vallas, Remniku külas Aia tee 8 kinnistul (katastritunnus 12201:002:0278, registriosa 2288508) asuvast ühepereelamu biopuhastist M-BOŠ 4, mille reostuskoormus on 4 ie, heitvee suublasse juhtimiseks.
Käesolevaga teatab Keskkonnaamet vee erikasutusloa nr L.VV/332753 ja korralduse eelnõude valmimisest.

Eelnõu(de) , loa taotluse ja muude asjassepuutuvate dokumentidega on võimalik tutvuda Keskkonnaameti Põhja regiooni Rakvere kontoris (Kunderi 18, 44307 Rakvere, tel 3572616, e-post: info@keskkonnaamet.ee).

Keskkonnaamet avaldab teadaande veeseaduse (VeeS) § 9¹ lõike 1 alusel.

Keskkonnaamet teatab, et Expertline OÜ (registrikood: 11095481) (aadress : Ida-Viru maakond, Alutaguse vald, Iisaku alevik, Metsa tn 18-5, 41101) esitas Keskkonnaameti Põhja regioonile (edaspidi Keskkonnaamet), kui loa andjale, vee erikasutusloa taotluse Ida- Virumaal, Alutaguse vallas, Remniku külas Aia tn 8 kinnistul (katastritunnus 12201:002:0278) asuvast ühepereelamu biopuhastist M-BOŠ 4, mille reostuskoormus on 4 ie, heitvee suublasse juhtimiseks.

Veeseaduse § 8 lg 2 punkti 4 kohaselt peab vee erikasutusluba olema juhul, kui juhitakse heitvett või saasteaineid suublasse, sealhulgas põhjavette.

Vee erikasutusloa taotluse ja muude asjassepuutuvate dokumentidega on võimalik tutvuda Keskkonnaameti Põhja regiooni Rakvere kontoris (Kunderi 18, Rakvere 44307, tel 35 72616, e-post info@keskkonnaamet.ee).

Kuni vee erikasutusloa andise või andmisest keeldumise otsuse tegemiseni on igaühel õigus esitada Keskkonnaametile taotluse kohta põhjendatud ettepanekuid ja vastuväiteid. Ettepanekuid ja vastuväiteid võib esitada Keskkonnaametile suuliselt või kirjalikult e-posti aadressil info@keskkonnaamet.ee või postiaadressil Kunderi 18, Rakvere 44307.

Vee erikasutusloa andise või andmisest keeldumise otsuse eelnõu valmimisest teavitab Keskkonnaamet täiendavalt ametlikus väljaandes Ametlikud Teadaanded.
