OÜ Poordi 1 (registrikood 12576596) avaldab teadaande äriseadustiku (ÄS) § 399 lõike 1 alusel.

Ühing teatab ühinemisest. Ühinemisel osalesid OÜ Poordi 1 (registrikood 12576596) ja Invenio Sääse OÜ (registrikood: 14747903), asukoht: Merirahu tn 24, 13516 Tallinn; RBT OÜ (registrikood: 12160298), asukoht: Merirahu tn 24, 13516 Tallinn. Ühinemise tulemusena Invenio Sääse OÜ ja RBT OÜ (ühendatavad ühingud) lõppesid ning kogu nende vara (nii õigused kui kohustused) läks üle OÜ-le Poordi 1 (ühendav ühing).

Äriühingute võlausaldajatel palume esitada oma nõuded tagatise saamiseks kuue kuu jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest (ÄS § 399 lg 1). Nõuded palume esitada e-posti aadressil uloadamson@gmail.com või postiaadressil Merirahu tn 24, 13516 Tallinn.

OÜ Poordi 1 (registrikood 12576596) avaldab teadaande äriseadustiku (ÄS) § 199 lõike 2 alusel.

Osaühing teatab osakapitali vähendamise otsusest. Osakapitali vähendatakse 4 166 euro võrra osaühingule kuuluva oma osa tühistamise teel, mille tulemusena on osaühingu uueks osakapitali suuruseks 8 334 eurot.

Võlausaldajatel palume esitada oma nõuded tagatise saamiseks kahe kuu jooksul käesoleva teate avaldamisest (ÄS § 199 lg 2). Nõuded esitada postiaadressil Merirahu 24, 13516 Tallinn või e-posti aadressil uloadamson@gmail.com.
