For the fiscal year 2026, the company intends to lend money to a Swedish holding company for capital management. This is because of the long delay regarding business activity and progress regarding projects which were confirmed by a letter of intent signed in May 2025. The lending is done under an agreement which allows Trilixir On to have its funds returned with short notice in case there is business activity which requires the liquid means. The loan is confirmed to follow an interest rate according to a standard swedish rate with an addon to compensate for risk measures with regard to currency conversion between EUR/SEK.
