The main activity of AB C.O.Winberg & CO Båtvarv is the maintenance and winter storage of yachts and boats.

AB C.O.Winberg & CO Båtvarv has a 100% stake in the company Premium Cars Nordic AB.

AB Delta Powerboats owns the trademark Delta Powerboat.

AB Dahl Naval sells RIB-type boats.
