- Takso dispetšeriteenuse osutamine:
- Klientide kõnede ja tellimuste vastuvõtmine, tellimuste sisestamine süsteemi ja nende edastamine taksojuhtidele. Sõitude koordineerimine ja jälgimine reaalajas, klientide nõustamine sõitude, hindade ja ooteaja osas. Probleemide lahendamine (hilinemised, marsruudimuudatused, kaebused), suhtlus juhtidega ning töö sujuva korralduse tagamine.
