Pakrineeme Sadama OÜ was established in the fall of 2005. The main activity of the company is the development of industrial real estate on the Pakri peninsula, in the Pakrineeme region. The company's economic activity began in January 2006, when a complex of buildings was acquired on the Pakri peninsula in the city of Paldiski. The privatization process of the Pakrineeme land unit was completed in 2008.

In 2008 and 2009, additional land units were also acquired in the same area, on the basis of which the planning area for the Paldiski LNG terminal developed.
