OÜ Truckmaint was established in 2009 and registered in the Commercial Register on 16.04.2009.

The main activity of OÜ Truckmaint is the sale and rental of heavy machinery and material handling machines, maintenance and repair services, and the sale of spare parts, tires and additional equipment. In addition, used machines are renovated and brokered.

The economic activity of Truckmaint OÜ in 2022 was affected by the war in Ukraine, which led to a noticeable increase in the price of materials in the metal sector and difficulties in supply, which in turn significantly increased the pricing of new machines and extended the completion deadlines.

In 2022, the development of short-term and long-term rental services continued, the demand for which continued to rise due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the extended delivery times for machines, spare parts and consumables caused by the war in Ukraine.

In 2022, OÜ Truckmaint was able to carry out its planned activities and increase turnover in the following areas: sale of new machines, sale of spare parts, and short-term and long-term rental of machines. The increase in warehouse stocks continued to ensure the availability of spare parts and accessories, to minimize downtime for customers and OÜ Truckmaint rental fleet machines.

In 2022, the construction work of the Paide office-workshop continued - a PVC hall was installed, which significantly increased the storage space and improved the storage possibilities for towing equipment. In 2022, the Paide office-workshop was furnished with office furniture and warehouse furnishings. Investments in fixed assets also continued - mainly buildings and a full rental service machine park.

In 2022, OÜ Truckmaint offered quality maintenance and repair services from Paide, Pärnu, Rakvere and Tartu branches. Efforts were made to improve the qualifications of mechanics, as well as to purchase repair and maintenance equipment and to renew the vehicle fleet.

In 2023, the main aim is to expand the short-term and long-term rental services of machines and also to focus on improving the quality level of maintenance and repair services. In addition, plans to expand the Latvian and Lithuanian branches are to be implemented.

OÜ Truckmaint's sales revenue in 2022 was approximately 5.2 million euros. A large part of the sales revenue was earned from short-term and long-term rental services and the sale of spare parts, in addition to the sale of forklifts. 2022.
