The company's economic activity, the ongoing Russian aggression against Ukraine that began on February 24, has driven the construction price index to the fastest growth in history due to the rising cost of energy carriers and materials. A significant part of the price spiral is due to materials that have become more expensive due to sanctions imposed on Russia and Belarus, but the rapid growth of labor costs and a large shortage of labor, rising energy and increased interest rates are increasingly affecting. Both clients and main contractors spent a lot of time and energy to find a better balance in sharing price and supply risks. There were few new commercial real estate project orders on the market, several public sector procurements were also postponed to future periods, and the volume of road construction orders has been significantly reduced. In the management's opinion, in such a difficult market situation, the volume of construction contracts concluded in 2022 and the order portfolio can be considered a good basis for the next financial year's activity in the construction service business sector. As a result of dense and open communication and targeted teamwork, we can also operate in the best possible outcome of our projects and increase customer satisfaction during global market turbulence periods.
