The company is engaged in subcontracting: we offer a service for developing solutions and then programming for any tasks of our client. These can be websites, web and mobile applications. We collaborate with clients around the world, but the company does not have branches registered abroad.

The company is engaged in creating software to fulfill the client's business tasks. Our main services are website creation, mobile application development, and product design development, as well as auditing the client's current software.

In 2022, the war in Ukraine negatively affected the company's work, as many specialists from Ukraine were involved in the work. We managed to cope with this factor thanks to our partner COSMOPOLITAN TRADE & DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD, with whose help we managed to avoid clients' payment defaults.

The company's activities do not have seasonal or cyclical fluctuations. The only period when a decrease in activity is possible is the Christmas and New Year holidays period - we always take this factor into account when planning.

Environmental impacts: 1) Energy consumption: Programming software may require high computing power and continuous operation in servers. The company should strive to optimize its software to reduce energy consumption and thereby reduce the CO2 footprint.

2) Environmental impacts of data centers: The company's software usually runs in data centers.

The company should strive to use energy-efficient and green data centers that use renewable energy.

3) Resource optimization: Software companies should strive to optimize their software to reduce the use of servers and computers, which in turn helps to reduce production and resource consumption.

In 2022, we were also able to avoid the risks of interest rate fluctuations by refusing to involve borrowed money and place deposits.

In 2022, the company did not make investments, focusing only on its development.
