1.5. Comment: The commenting environment on the website, where the user has the right to post his comments and evaluations for both companies and articles.

1.6. Comment: Any opinion, message or other information entered in the comment section of the website by the user.

1.7. Editing: The possibility of editing stories, when used, the name of the user (editor) and the information that the story has been edited are displayed next to the story.

2. General conditions

2.1. The use of the website is considered to be the use of any document, amount of data or published materials on the website (including articles, photos, blog entries, comments, etc.) and entering your data on the website in any way and for any purpose.

2.2. The user uses the information for his own use and at his own risk. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the User's personal data is stored only with the User's permission and only to the extent necessary for the functioning of the Website and its services.

3. Rights and obligations of the user

3.1. When registering as a user of the website, the user undertakes to provide completely true information about himself, including registering his full and true name and publishing true and factually functioning contact details and means of communication, etc.

3.2. The user undertakes to keep the user ID and password or ID card and passwords necessary for use on the website in such a way that they do not become known to third parties without justification.

3.3. The user does not display information from the Website without Storybook OÜ's written consent, nor does it resell it.

3.4. The user is responsible for the content of the comments, edited stories and entered articles. About the commenter The user is obliged to take into account the EV constitution, the laws in accordance with it and the rights of other people, as well as to follow good practice and moral standards when commenting, writing and editing stories. If necessary, the commenter has the burden of proving that the circumstances he has published correspond to reality. The commenter bears civil and criminal liability for writing comments that do not comply with the legal order.

3.5. The user (board member) has the right to open positive (reliable) ratings both on his own profile and on the profiles of related companies in order to strengthen his competitive advantage. More IN THE USER MANUAL.

4. Administrator's rights and obligations

4.1. The Administrator undertakes not to disclose the User's personal data to third parties, except when transferring data on the basis prescribed by law for the prevention of infringement, investigation or other similar cases.

4.2. The administrator owns all the contents and data of the documents published on the Website, unless otherwise stated.

4.3. The manager has the right to reasonably refuse to provide the service to the user.

4.4. The administrator has the right to suspend or completely terminate the provision of the service without prior notice to the user.

4.5. The administrator has the right to change the content of the service and the terms of use of the service without prior notice to the user.

4.6. The Administrator has the right to withdraw from the Agreement without sanctions if the User violates the Terms of Use.

5. User freedom from liability and responsibility

5.1. It is allowed to refer to the news article of the website free of charge and without the consent of Storybook OÜ within the title and one sentence. However, this sentence should not be longer than the introductory sentence of the original text. This requirement applies unless otherwise agreed in writing. When referencing on the Internet, you must also add a link to a specific story. When referencing in printed material, reference must be made to the original source: STORYBOOK.

5.2. One-time penalty unit for the use of unapproved article materials - €200, also repeated (two or more) use of unapproved materials - €300 for each time.

6. Administrator's freedom from liability

6.1. The administrator is not responsible for the direct or indirect expenses caused by the use of the information by the User or for the income lost due to non-use.

6.2. The administrator is not responsible for the violation of the Terms of Use committed by the User, regardless of the size and form of the damage.

6.3. The administrator is not responsible for any damage or loss of income caused by the actions or inactions of third parties.

6.4. The administrator is not responsible for any damage or loss of income due to technical failures.

6.5. The administrator is not responsible for the consequences of misunderstanding the phrases, words and concepts in this text.
