Luminor Bank, backed by Blackstone Group, is the third-largest provider of financial services in the Baltics.

The transaction attracted significant interest both from strategic and financial buyers, as the company is well positioned in the fast-growing and dynamic e-commerce payments market recording strong growth in both the number of active merchants and Gross Transaction Volume.
