During the reporting period the company did not carry out active business operations.

During the reporting period the company incurred a loss of EUR 639.

As at 31 December 2025 the company’s equity amounted to EUR 50, which is less than half of the share capital.

The shareholders have decided to liquidate the company and therefore no measures will be taken to restore the equity.

The liquidation procedure of the company is currently ongoing.
